β β β β β I went there for covid-19 PCR test, I booked appointment and went there. Staffs were very polite, good customer service. The overall test took 15mins and I got the result within the same night. Very good hospital in the neighborhood.

β β β β β I visited the clinic for a Covid-19 test. Registration went smooth then the horror started when they called my name. The guy who did the test was very unwelcoming and not friendly at all. I could feel the swab in the back of my head and when he finished, heavy blood flow was coming out from all over my nose. I also felt dizzy and nearly fainted so had to lay down in the corridor. Neither the reception stuff, nor the testing guy seemed to be bothered at all when they saw me and they didn't even ask if I need help or if I'm feeling unwell. They just ignored everything completely. When I washed my blood into the sink (where most people blew their noses after the testing and never saw it being sanitized at all) I asked the guy if so much blood is normal. He gave me a sloppy 'yes' and turned away sending me the clear message to leave him alone. If this business was a coffee shop I wouldn't even bother writing a review, but unfortunately it's a clinic where they're supposed to treat patients with dignity and respect out of ethics. Luckily there are plenty of other clinics nearby where they treat patients better with basic respect, in exchange for their hard earned money.

β β β β β The doctor was ignorant when i explained my condition thoroughly and proceeded to give me medicines that doesnt work at all. Please dont waste your money by going here. The doctor has an attitude problem

β β β β β Very professional and kind doctor. I went at night due to toe injured. Dr Kevin did explained my condition patiently and gave me good advices on follow up. The staff at reception also very friendly and kind =) Clinic environment clean and good as well! Overall a very pleasant experience! Thumbs up!

β β β β β i went there for an ingrown toenail removal and was expected to be given anesthetic. the doctor gave me 1 shot, but did not wait for it to numb me before he started the procedure. Regardless I felt the pain throughout the whole thing, and when I told him it hurt he ignored me. I might as well have tried to remove it at home and not pay for anesthetic that had 0 effect. This experience was traumatizing. Doctor has poor bedside manner and attitude. Fix it.

β β β β β Decided to go with this clinic as I needed to get my PCR test for Day 5 done (Home Quarantine procedures) and the receptionist was nice and patient with the questions I had which was reassuring as I had a few questions. She guided me on what I had to do and told me that I would need to contact them via WhatsApp which I did.
After that, I proceeded on WhatsApp and waited for a bit (about 10 - 15 minutes) and no responses yet. I understand that it may have been a busy day hence I decided to call again and asked politely on whether I would be able to get a response soon as I had to get my PCR test done. This time another receptionist picked up the call and gave a rather cold remark of "Wait la, you are not the only person okay. Got other people also".
I understand that it may have been a busy day and that there may have been other things that might have caused him frustration but I'm also trying to get things done and was polite with my question. It really gives a sour experience when a customer has a genuine enquiry and is then responded in such a manner.
Other than that, I went to the clinic for the PCR test at 10am and received the results by 6pm. The doctor who conducted the swab was kind and gentle.
Overall, a good place despite the cold response from the second receptionist.
