Staff in kuchai lama branch just ignore you even you stand in front of them & asking for help.
Bad customer service ever.
Please look into this matter seriously.
She keeps playing handphone & ignore customer like they don't care. TERRIBLE.

Asked to staple bind a book to the old man at the counter & he just usher it to the grumpy young man beside him. That young man took over the papers & slams it on the counter & walk away to get the staple. Why the slamming? Later after the binding is done he just left it in the counter & walk away. The stapling is so poorly done with the top staple directed at angle that the teeth of the staple emerge just 1-2mm from the edge of the paper. Besides that there’s a gap between the top & last page because the papers are not stacked properly when he staple it. When I asked the old man why the handiwork is so poor he just say “OK what, binding is OK”. I just pay him & walk away, dissatisfied.
I am not expecting 5 star service but at least treat your costumer & his belongings nicer & have the decency to acknowledge your mistake rather than just brush it off as “OK”.
Not going to patronize this stationery shop again. NOT RECOMMENDED!
