★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived at this property for 5 years but since OYO came into the building things have deteriorated.... we've had vehicle and property break ins and cleanliness of public areas have deteriorated, despite management trying hard to maintain things. I even caught an OYO guest who had just checked in vandalising an officil notice holder in the lift .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented an apartment and stayed there for 10 nights. Very good experience! Clean, tidy, well kept place with covered parking. The best thing is that its in the heart of the city which makes it quite accessible! Plus there are hospitals close by so in case of any medical u can just run there.

Check-in with the security guard down there.
Carpark provided. The owner will send a message through messaging.
Has washing machine, mineral waters, astro njoi tv.
No wifi.
Cleanliness can be improved.
Pillows and blankets are not really comfy but satisfactory enough for a short stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, close to hospital and walking distance to monorail station. The inside is immaculate and comfy. The building has swimming pool, gym, game room and rooftop garden, and all can be used with no extra charge. Petronas twin tower can be seen from the rooftop garden, which is quite nice especially at night time. Service was okay at time as there was an issue with the Android box and it took quite a while from them to resolve it. All other requests were dealt swiftly. Overall, it is a recommended place to stay in KL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a family stay or a group stay. We rented a city view suite which is a fully furnished apartment. Reception is very nice and helpful. Nice view from the room and plenty of places to eat around the area.
