★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought RM88 fave voucher for rebonding. I just want to be clear, the hair stylist did ask me to add extra money for conditioning but I refused. I reckon that since I have done rebonding every year for the past 10 years without any issue, I would not need any conditioning for a good result.
However, to my disappointment, just one day after I have done the rebonding, I can see my finer hair, especially those baby hair at my fridge, has became frizzy, which I believe is a clear sign that my hair was damaged by the rebonding process.
Even though the hair stylist was friendly and pleasant, one thing that I feel uncomfortable with is she did not use timer after she apply the formula to my hair. Based on my experience, the formula is very strong and damaging to the hair so it's crucial to not leave it in for too long. Unfortunately, I think that's what happened, that she left the formula in my hair for too long before rinsing, causing damage to my hair. Of course, this is just my assumption.
At the end of the day, I'm not satisfied with the outcome. Because of the frizz to my finer hair, which is quite a lot, the after effect of the rebonding does not look smooth and straight, but rather looks frizzy and messy.
If you think about going to this place, just be really aware of how much time the hair stylist leave the rebonding formula in your hair and maybe keep track of it yourself. Also, you might just want to add extra money for the conditioning treatment just to be on the safe side.
