★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My face used to be sensitive kind of skin but after I went for a few sessions of facial here and I'm really satisfied with the result here as I can see my sensitive problem reduced and became hydrated skin. On top of that, the environment is cozy and the staffs here are very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do expect price manipulation when making a purchase. They don't have fixed price and they overcharge a lot. Good facial treatment, but definitely not worth the price they charged. -1 star for overpriced, -2 star price manipulation (feel cheated after found out the pricing they charged other customers). It is acceptable if you charge everyone the same high price, but very unacceptable when the pricing is not fair, some charged high, some charged low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Fave coupon and claimed it at Puchong Branch. The facial took nearly 3 hours and most of the time was just waiting to be serviced. They are lack of manpower and thus, it wasn't a pleasant experience. The herbal ball massage was good but I experienced backache the next day. Not recommended for those with sprained back. They were hard selling their products and what disappointing is all the employees including the branch manager give different info about their own mask. Shouldn't the employees be educated on their own products? This could cause confusion with the misleading information. Unfortunately, I have signed for a full package with many promised FOC treatments but in the end the FOC treatments were not provided and no explanation was given until I asked the employee where she raised her voice (in disagreement) and gave excuses that my skin is too dry to undergo skin tag removal. You should had told me earlier. Not wait till you are questioned. Poor services and management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was attended by Jesslyn from klang branch, overall facial is comfortable and very good in service. I like the herbal ball massage especially. Not hard selling on their package and I really enjoy the entire experience here end up I had signed up a package with them. Satisfied!

Beautician Eunice was friendly , earnest and did very good facial , can feel the moisture seeping into the skin and herbal ball massage ,10 mins only was rejuvenating. Parking is difficult especially during lunch since there is a fair bit of eateries in surround area .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was attended by Stella at KD branch. Good service and explanation. Facial was nice, extraction was abit rough but the pain was still bearable. The herbal ball back massage was very relaxing too. Redeemed my fave voucher here but signed up a package with them after the session because the treatment is beneficial.
Stella was very accommodating when introducing the packages. She identified the key problems of my face that needs treatment and adjusted an awesome package with a good price for me. Thanks for the great experience and I hope I am amazed again on my next appointment. :)

Went for facial under Fave at Puchong branch. 120 mins service becomes over 3 hours cos of the waiting time in between. Super slow service. Facial feels good, extraction not bad and skin feels moist afterwards. However after hardshell I get 5 times sessions at RM680, then covid hits.
Wasn't able to utilise and ask for refund, cannot. When after 2 years I finally go back to try my first session, terribly done. Together with skin tag removal the whole session was rushed, painful extraction and took under 1 hour! Asked to convert my balance sessions to other skin treatments, not allowed, very inflexible and stupid. Very regret signing up. Now can only warn others not to step in to this scamming place.
