โ โ โ โ โ So crowded during peak hours. Any SOP for the number of people allowed in gym? I went there and seems like more than 50 ppl on last Wednesday (15/12/2021).

โ โ โ โ โ Update as of 9/May/2022, felt the management team of this club is not up to service excellence standards. Had feedback about worse air ventilation environment in the gym at late night session (very stuffy, humid), logically centralised air cond by mall shouldn't be functioning, but looks like gym decentralised air conds also either off or set to 27/28degrees. Feeback but club never get back about this. Maybe will get this type of attitudes a lot in the future. Auto pilot gym concept maybe good for the company, but less humanely touch with members, almost don't listen to members.
My Maxis connection was really bad in many parts in the gym, I guess tech infra of signal booster isn't setup in the shop lot(s) where this gym renting. Management can work with mall management to improve Maxis signal dead spots. Hopefully soon, in near future it gets better. 24 hours gym in Mahkota Cheras area is a great point, it helps members whom has very busy schedule to slot in workout better. Equipments are nearly perfect. Hopefully the team does keep up the great work & accelerates better !!
