★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paying enought pents of money for a hair wash but it is definitely the first and the last time. It was a very irritating experience whereby the staff lady in the shop greeted with my hair wash request with a stupid and no brainer procedures. LADY, I wanted a hair wash not a HAIR RINSE. She brought me to the basin, started by applying shampoo and RIGHT AFTER she washed away the bubble and apply conditioner and it is DONE. Hair drying process, don’t even bother to handle customer request for a hair styling. Just here to tell, please make sure urself is educated enough to be a hairdresser. Else, don’t even consider to include the service in your list if u’re not ready enough. I paid for it, not asking u to do a charity to me. If this could ever be your service. Two options 1. Go back to learn the basics 2. Shut down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to colour my hair. When it was done, noted the colour was uneven. Asked the stylist, and she told me it will be even after a few washes. So i paid and went home. After a few washes, it look worst and so obvious. I should have went back to the salon and ask them to fix it, but I don’t dare to go back since I’m scared it will be badly done again, so I went to another salon instead to fix it. What a waste of money. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude. Just because I’m not chinese, does not mean I don’t understand what you were saying. They bad mouth about my hair right infront of me n there was other customer as well. it was indeed very hurting for shaming ppl infront other ppl. If i have flawless hair, I would not have gone to Salon right? Do not use their service as they are NOT GENUINE in treating customers. They did not even apologise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the way how the Hairstylist design my hair style, she know exactly what I want. I been survey whole Taipan, her shop is most reasonable price with better quality hair product so that my hair not so dry.
Highly recommended.

Their SOP doing great.
They will sanitizer once customer hair cut done.
Cindy advise on my hair design cut, since my hair r long easy for her to advise and end up it really great!
