★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I referred to professional hair dresser to do hair color because during my previous visit (hair cut only) he explained well that he would mix colours to make it look lively. That’s why on next visit I looked for him. It turned out in disappointment, he only served me to choose color, on subsequent process it was done by foreign worker entirely. Bear in mind that the shop was not full, only 3 customers including me. In addition, the price he quoted on my previous visit is totally different, from RM190 to RM250, it was promotion price during previous visit according to his explanation.
The hair stylist is done by different person, simple spray and temporary perm cost RM60 (which is fine), the problem is when I arrived at the dinner 2 hours later, the style ran out of shape, became sticky (hair spray) and flat. I will never go back to that shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming here for the cut and wash for nearly 5 years now. Staff are friendly and very professional giving you opinions about what kinda look you’re going for, hair health care and etc. I highly recommend to at least try once. Who knows it might be your favourite salon.
