★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pleasant encounter with the bilingual boss and his father pretty much hands on serving customers. A good selection of reasonable priced parts for plumbing jobs with quality items from Taiwan as well at a premium, with good advice thrown in. Ask for the plumber's price and you will be lucky to get a token RM2.00 discount, a big deal in Penang which translates to a cuppa kopi O and some. As its usually busy, parking in front remains a challenge on this main road.
