โ โ โ โ โ I have paid for a grille door since May 2021. But the door was dented and despite 3 times of coming to my house to install and take back and fix the dented issue, results still not satisfactory. (They did not send me photo for the past 3 times but directly bring it to come install themselves, until the one last time I requested a photo first, then they say the dented metal cannot be fixed).
So finally they issue a refund in Apr 2022 and we've previously mentioned there needs to repaint the wall and fill the holes that were made by them. There's also a nail stickers there causing ceased line in the wall due to their work. They do not want to repay in money and want send their staff to fix it. We are actually ok with it, but for 3 weeks we need to constantly follow up with the worker when is he coming. As of today, nothing been fixed yet.
A lot different issues encountered when scheduling a time to fix either the grille door or the wall. Covid locked down is understandable, then the installer was sick for few months and nobody else can settle his works. And when now they requested to fix the wall themselves, car broke down nobody else can do. Then after that forgot, play blur.
So Dear Benten Management Team, please reply to me when can my foyer be fixed? I am almost at the one year anniversary of our first payment date to your company now.
