β β β β β Staff was judgemental and made repeated 'ugh' facial expressions when I tried a guitar FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME. Did not feel welcomed at all. Discouraging enthusiastic guitar players is a big no for a ....... guitar store. Don't think I will visit the store ever again

Owner should relax a little bit and let the customer explore and not always follow and keep an eye on somebody. Felt a bit weird.
Wanted to buy a Taylor Mini GS but the airline wanted to charge me like 400β¬ to carry it. Would have been a good price otherwise.

β β β β β I thought the Bukit Bintang outlet has closed because the floor is empty. But still open. Apparently they moved to 2nd floor but no window. Hence can't see from outside. Smaller shop. Have a good selection of everything. Have sale too on selected items. But main branch is the Mutiara Damansara.

β β β β β Came here to find guitars. They offer beginner's accoustic guitar, and top tier quality branded guitars.
No in between.
But the accessories, like guitar peripherals, keyboards, synth, and all are excellent. Most of them are here. Tonnes of options for accessories.
No grand or upright pianos, but they do have electric drums.
This place is more to a music lesson class. But there are still tonnes of accesories to be found here.

β β β β β Staff are friendly. I though they just selling guitar but they actually teach playing musical instruments in Bukit Bintang branch. It looks intimidating outside the building but it's actually clean and nice inside the shop and inside the music room. It's hard to find this kind of service specially in KLCC area

β β β β β Great customer service and nice music store with a wide range of brands. They even carry brands like NUX and Presonus which are the up and coming tech based music brands. Staff are friendly and nice. Depending on the product you are looking for.. Some of the products are a bit more expensive than other shops...
