★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an awesome little guitar shop. They have loads of things from musical instruments to accessories to sound engineering products. While on tour I visited this place to get guitar cables and a Kazoo. Very polite staff and great customer services. They let me try lots of guitars one by one. My next visit I'm picking up an RG series here. They have an awesome sale on some products. A must go if you are a musician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With MCO in place, I resorted to reaching out to CK Music via email and I got a respond from one individual who identified himself as Hong. He was extremely responsive to answer all my queries, even sent me actual photos of items I asked about. No hard selling of higher priced equipment was involved, he recommended very reasonable equipment at reasonable price which he personally believed in. I contacted CK Music on the 15th and one week later I purchased a G&L guitar. Delivery was prompt and the guitar was set up nicely right out of the box. I totally recommend CK Music for their service and professionalism - specifically Mr. Hong. Oh yes, they have some cool guitars in stock worth checking out. Five stars!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent, excellent customer service... They have a little bit of everything and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of amplifiers and pedals as well as accessories like footswitches for compatible amps and cabinets. The second floor has all the guitars, bass and acoustic guitars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of equipment and very friendly staff. However would advise management to train their staff a bit more when dealing with customers as some would not like their EQ being touched or their amp settings fiddled with when testing an instrument. Also, staff there should know the difference between a real musician and hobbyists as it can be annoying when guitarists like myself want to look at the guitars and not be upsold on amps. Overall a great place and would not hesitate to recommend or return to make a purchase.

They won't offer you the most expensive instrument right away, they would ask you first what is it for, how much your budget is, then they will offer you the best item that you can get, which we did.
Got our guitar set up right out of the box and was delivered for free!!
I'm really glad we went here if it's raining so hard, they let us stay in their store.
Kudos to people who are working here. They are all nice!!!!
