★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been recommended by local people, we give it a try. It is a traditional Chinese restaurant in small town. Very spacious, layout in traditional style, with air conditioning at upper floor. Food is nice, certainly meet expectations, and you should try local food especially vegetables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supposedly the most popular kopitiam in Sg Ruan. Notable dishes are the wan tan noodles and claypot loh see fun. The shop also serves nice coffee and tea. Cleanliness of the place can be improved upon.

Hygiene wise, saw a rat running across the hall. Saw one of the cup didn’t clean properly, when ask the waitress to change it, she hesitated a while to change it and refuse to admit the fault.
Should upgrade and focus on your restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for lunch on Wednesday, follow Waze , lots of parking nearby , there’s 7 of us , we ordered 5 dishes , the village chicken cost rm75 for whole chicken but it was succulent &tasty , bentong mince meat tofu was ok , ginger steam fish belly was rm55 ., total bill was rm210+

Overall great taste, especially the steam chicken and it's special dipping ginger sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the best restaurant in the area, food taste great and comes in generous portion. Signature dishes includes chicken, catfish and sultan fish etc, and do ask for the ginger sauce that's meant for the chicken dish.
