Bentong walk is just a street...as long as you are not expecting too much..then you will find the little little things that are interesting like chicken rice stall..i find the chicken rice good..and the best in Bentong..then you have the yaw char kwai...chinese poor man delicacy some food..that will go well with local coffee..great..along with that you have the tong soi..regularly the have red bean..green bean mak chock black glutinese rice..some of them go well with the yaw char kwai...then you have char kwai teow.. And some little little sweet drinks..but the best I would say is... The Nasi Lemak Sold from 1.30pm till like 4.00pm(stall).+monday to Saturday only..the rendang dating and the chicken is a killer..you should try... Have a great moment when you are there

It's worth to visit, with family and kids especially. Mostly food stalls, selling traditional local delicacies, kuih-muih, Taiwanese chicken chop, sausages, deep fried stuffs. There is also a performance stage with plenty of chairs for audiences, arena for traditional games, and activities for children. This is much like a carnival suitable for old folks, children and food hunters. It is wheelchair friendly. Be aware that not all the food there are good, some are below average but generally it is OK.

One Day Trip Good Choice! The vicinity is small but it has lots to offer. Fresh durian, fruits, vege and of course ginger! Some locals shared must try their ginger ailment, taufupok, kicap, sek kei ma, toast with kaya and butter. I totally love the local coffee. Rich in flavours, creamy and not overly sweet overshadowing the coffee. A local added that prices for durian is higher on weekends. But still we found fresh, big durian and happy to pay the price. People are friendly. Parking on the roadside was free or so it seemed as no one put up their parking coupon. And we didn't get any summon. It was a Saturday. Since our weather is usually hot and humid it would be nice if we could find some cafes with another round of coffee and air conditioning. Too bad we didn't find one. We had our brunch in kopitiam. Pan mee and coffee. They even allowed us to order next door as well. "No outside food and drinks" non existence in here? And happy also to see Watson's for us to top up Touch N Go.

We reached there around 9pm and many stalls were closed. My family members managed to buy some authentic local food ie shushufen 树屎粉,kuih lobak 萝卜糕 for tomorrow's breakfast. Had a walk around the street at night.
