Takes a visionary to craft such amazing themed gardens. It's closest you can get to feel the Tea gardens of Japan. A little run down but still hasn't lost its charm.

Expecting too much end up with disappointment. This place need some proper management and maintenance. NOT suitable for elderly and babies as hard for them to climb the stairs to reach the garden. Free shuttle service for ppl who stay at the hotel. I have seen some elderly follow the shuttle but turn back after they have seen the stairs.

Visited at 22 May 2022, nothing much to see. The Japanese Garden is just a forest with some sort of "Japanese style" building. The Kimono is female available only thus male could not rent it. Overall quite small area to walk. The botanical garden is definitely a no-no place for walking. It is old, creepy and not well maintained. There are tree logs that fall in the middle of road so you cant pass through (but still you can cross it). Please be aware that there are many many bugs, giant millipedes and centipede that walk in the middle (OMG!!!!) so if you're scare of these things please please avoid this garden. The weather on that day is also very hot... Don't feel like I'm in the mountains but it is as hot as like in KL... PS: You're RM14 entrance is included for Japanese Garden, Colmar and a Rabbit Farm.

It's a botanical garden plus a Japanese Village located 3540ft above sea level at Bukit Tinggi, Bentong. There are Japanese restaurant and Tea House. The place should be beautiful if well maintained. Sadly toilets were pungent with bees flying around and shrubs aplenty during recent visit.

Doesn't really feel the Japanese vibe, but the environment is beautiful. There are lots of tiny flying bugs around the garden. Staffs are friendly and polite, they didn't put stress on you to purchase anything. Great place to come if you want to experience kimono wearing. The entrance is free.
