Saw Online (bestdenki website) microwave rm3099 and enquired online which store has stock and they said Sogo. So came to Sogo but the price is different i.e. 3299.
Their staff is not even sure of the website price and the process. They called to check. Anuar said website price u have to pay online then collect from outlets EXCEPT Sogo outlet! Ridiculous!
I asked Anuar where on the website said that price is only for buying online and also I enquired online before coming to Sogo and the online staff said there is stock at Sogo. Yet Anuar argued that they said Sogo has stock only but didn’t say can collect here! Ridiculous staff. He should NOT be working there as he has no sense of customer service..
Also so what’s the point of saying Sogo has stock if the procedure is to ask customer to collect from your outlet !
Never buying from bestdenki anymore in the future and Do not encourage anyone to do so.
