★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took one meal from Texas chicken during our visit to Kuala lumpur Malaysia. We found good taste and quantity to satisfy our appetite. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cost is almost the same as of KFC and McDonald's.
Recommended for family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dined at Tesco Midah branch. Fried chicken isn't warm, normal coke tasted like coke zero, floor looks greasy, and tables aren't properly wiped. Overall place is dull and looks not appetizing. That explains why not many people visits here.
Hope there is improvements on this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was worst.I waited for mexicana Burgers its taking time 45 min -1 hours for 4 burgers. How ever after 1 Hours I get my burger, when i see the burgers it’s was not burger bread that is normal bread. Inside vegetables also not good thats not fresh vegetables. I'm not satisfy on THIS Services and food quality. I will suggests pls try to put more staff and food quality your should improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service from cashier at counter from ordering until waiting for the food to take away. Female cashier wearing tudung with fully makeup with harsh tone voice asking my order. She just throwing the food in front of me when my order complete to take away. She need to study more about customer service and how to serve customers politely and patiently even though you are alone at the counter while others not on duty yet. She's very rude & unpleasant manners. Compare to texas chicken branch in KLCC & pasar seni they are very friendly & presentable even though queue very long & crowded with customers to take away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor 1st experience. Bought 2 x 3 ala carte Chickens takeaway. Despite only 2 customers the staff didn't even bother to provide sauce. No wonder local workers deemed unfit for service jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning to buy texas chicken at this SOGO KL branch via food delivery, please forget it. Please don't especially if you order a set with a rice. They will change the rice with mashed potato.

The cashier wear black clothing and tudung (shift manager i think) is super RUDE and using harsh tone when ordering. She also threw my food like trash. Stupid people like her need education and learn proper manner when serving customer. Lucky her met people like me (a patience one), if met with baran type....
