★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i lost my receipt and warranty card.so the warranty void even though it stated very clear there was a purchased in best denki in my cc statement.pls dont buy anything here.go to harvey norman caused by all means they have your record via hp number and warranty can be claimed if u lost receipt or warranty card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the WORST customer service I got from mytown outlet than any other “best” branches. I request to have display item testing out as I’m totally not familiar with the new product, one of the male staff came over with bad attitude and very fierce tone. I will definitely won’t come again and really not recommend any of you to visit them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service here is completely non-existent. Not a single staff could be found to ask questions or for help. When we finally got a hold of someone to help test a vacuum cleaner, he didn't utter a single word the entire time and was completely unhelpful when we asked for information on the store's warranty policy.
While processing the payment, we had to ask if there were any ongoing Black Friday promotions otherwise we wouldn't have gotten the RM10 cash rebate. He didn't even bother to offer a warranty extension until we asked for it. Not proactive at all unlike Harvey Norman. Plus, he even flipped our box upside down! Definitely would not have purchased from this store if we had a choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. The salesperson talked to a friend on the phone and when I ask her something, she ignored me until I insisted her to show me the product. Do Best Denki even allowed the staffs to call their friends during working. This happens today on 28 August 2021. I hope Best Denki would improve their staff services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor after sales Management. Does not honour extended warranty. My LG TV has issues and brought it up with in-house Management Team.
Technician from LG visited and advised that insurance required to be activated for LG action.
Best Denki keep fudging the issue.
They only provide lip service but no action.
Very frustrating.
