★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, not bothered about the customers. Using such a useless ordering system which is super complicated. Better ask your waiter to take order with the traditional way. We tried ordering twice the network is just so bad at your space order kept loading and loading and we gave up and left...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a worst experience here, book for iftar and they said there was available seat and even told us to come early. Once we come, said there was no booking on our name and it was full. Then they change and said the reason was cause we are late. Yet when i see their list, there was no our name written at all initially and we come only few minutes late. Which it seems there are only making up reasons for their own mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family had a quite bad experience here. At 1st it was a full house except for the high chair table. But since i bring my 2 kids so it is obviously not suitable for our little family then 1 of the staff insisted ask us to sit there. After awhile their manager help us to get a more suitable table. 2nd thing, i call the same staff that ask us to sit at the highchair table, she walk by our table and continue walking without stop to our table. Is that really how you should treat your customer? Looking forward for a better service. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food are okay but the way one of the waitresses serve is kinda having bad customer service. Asking for cheese powder, she answered me with unsatisfied tone “cheese powder takde!” Girl, u need to brush up your customer service skills tho. Just say sorry it’s good enough for me. And most of the workers didn’t wear mask at all while working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been to Pizza Hut in a while but damn the prices have inflated a lot. You are better off having pizza at a proper Italian restaurant.
On the side note, the restaurant was clean and neat. Service could be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suprised to see other reviews about this place, it was a nice experience for me though :) (maybe because of my company that night hehe) ? They served us the mushroom soup and garlic bread first, then followed by pizza and closed with dessert. The restaurant is kept clean and staffs were helpful too! Wasnt too packed so i quite like it, had to order through qr code but its still bearable for us :)
