★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has a very poor management system, and Low qualification employees. I am very disappointed with their customer service and also the whole operation system. Delivery appointment was set one month earlier, there is no follow up, no show up on the delivery day and I have to make thousand calls to find out the reasons why the stock cannot be delivered. I am very disappointed with their attitude where there is no mercy of help. This kind of business set up, I believe it won’t last long. I would urge all the consumer rather go for Sen Heng, more reputable and reliable company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an audio technica mic. the plug/adapter does not fit snugly and when I came back to tell them that the adapter is faulty, they said "memanglah longar". What a terrible reply. Bad quality. I am still puzzled as to how subang parade can have such a store in it (because I think subang parade is quite good as a mall).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop moved to opposite lot, same floor in subang parade. Looks tidy, refreshing with good variety of electrical products. We were attended by Zorro, he is knowledgeable and given simplified explanation to us to purchase a TV. The team were really helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, I bought a display demo Samsung phone from Subang parade Best Denki store, but the sale person didn’t help us to remove the demo apps and ended up the phone unable to connect to internet and WiFi and I called the shop for help but the staff don’t know how to remove the demo apps and asked me to bring back the phone to the store but the phone that I bought is already in overseas the staff promised will call me back but already have day no one called me and called to the shop again no one answer. Bad customer service experience.
