After submitting my order for mission-critical parts, their in-stock status changed to "on backorder."
Their prices are significantly higher than the competitors but I ordered from element14 because your site indicated shipping same-day was possible.
When I realized their parts were not in stock 2 minutes after ordering, I tried to cancel. Their website does not allow cancellation.
When I called their service center, it was impossible to hear the serviceperson because the phone line had terrible noise and it seemed I was on speakerphone with a room full of noise.
Furthermore, their service center hung up on me as I was trying to introduce myself and my situation. Twice. With two different people. And I was being polite.
I went back to email, tried to request that I cancel my order. The cancellation was denied. Despite the fact that the part was on backorder, they told me the preparation for shipment had already begun.
I emailed again, and requested instead that my order could be modified. As I clicked a button saying "wait for all parts to be ready and ship together" I asked that your team ships each part when it's ready.
It took their team 1/2 business day or 1 full business day each time to get a simple reply by email, on the order of one sentence. They first denied my request to make my requested change. Only after demanding that they cancel my order did they instead make the change regarding shipment.
Finally when they accepted my request to make this change to the order, it didn't ship until about 6 days later and my project was significantly delayed.
After a day of waiting I ordered from another vendor, paid slightly less and received my parts 1 or 2 days sooner.
I should have given their review a rating of ZERO but I suppose that is not allowed.

and so many times "reload" by their sales agent, still cannot get my stuff instead of payment done 2 months ago.
