★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 55" Samsung LCD TV in Jun 2016 wth 3 years extended warranty (cost 10% of price!) that end on Jun 2021. Unfortunately the TV LCD panel broken in Mar 2018. Best Denki informed TV model already end of life hence will only offer vouchers, however I still need to top-up extra ~RM700 to get similiar TV model here! So WHY Best Denki is selling extended warranty at premium price and yet unable provide replacement unit for FREEEE!? So I decided to opt for settlement via Tribunal of Consumer Claims instead. Will NEVER BUY from this chain store again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product range is ok. They fool people on the name of selling 5 years service warranty. I bought a juicer which already had 5 years motore warranty. They hide those details by putting label on the product box and sold 5 years warranty by adding 10% in base price.
After purchase, when we see the box had some tape to hide something. We found that the product company Breville itself was giving 5 year warranty and there was no need of extra purchase. Feel like they cheated us. Will never recommend anyone to trust those people.
