β β β β β Very bad customer service by the sales assistant. I never experience such bad service by these luxuries brand, congratulations Mont Blanc KLCC, youβll be the first.
Bad communication skills, implies to bad training by Mont Blanc (Richemont Luxury Malaysia). The sentence used was βWhy are you here?β And product knowledge by the staffs are extremely poor. I was here to claim my warranty but again was treated poorly.

β β β β β The boutiques of Montblanc in KLCC and Pavillion are the worse in terms of customer service. It seems the central management people donβt care about that. They only want to sell products as any other store and not with the supposedly customer attention that should be the norm for the prestige boutiques of Montblanc around the world. Be careful when you buy any product there as they donβt provide you with customer service.
