Irresponsible, deliver or not, pls let me know lar. Wasting my whole day to wait for delivery.
For rider, unfriendly and unhelpful. He is unable to assit me to carry the heavy parcel into my trolley.
For my parcel, bottle of sanitizer was crush even wrapped with bubble. So disappointed!!
