★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No rating given due to very bad service, few time i go with different day and time(8.00pm, 8.10pm, 8.20pm) but can't courier my parcel with the reason given that now many parcel need to courier and not yet settle. You better change your business hour 8.30pm to before 8.00pm or just write depend on today courier parcel condition & situation to close shop!!!!!!!! :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small shop, just 2customer service lady worker busying wholeday with customers and few men's busying for parcels collecting on the other hand, I'd called earlier before come but no answer even message. Reach there guess no office phone in front as I don hear any phone ring sound and I don't see phone around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love getting my parcels dropped off here due to fast courier service, but I think the staffs here need to speed up the affairs at the counter due to so many people queuing outside. What I mean here is that— those customers who came without getting their parcels neatly packed should be settling them off themselves, not the staffs that need to do it. If the staffs do it, it will cause crowd outside. Keep improving because i love J&T!! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at 745pm to send normal parcel but denied, only shopee parcel accepted. Better change your closing time to 7pm except for VIPs (shopee etc)
