โ โ โ โ โ BEST EXPRESS COMPANY IS SO BADD. Baddd service, my stuff stuck at the same place since 6/1 until 12/1.. 12/1 mentioned out for delivery until today i i didn't get any.. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, SO BADDDDDDDDD

โ โ โ โ โ 19 reach here, keep no update status until 24/5. I call for the first time, the chinese girl told me that will arrange by 25/5. I say if not enough staff to send parcel just let me know. I can pick-up myself. Then she promise will send on 25/5. 25th i didn't receive any parcel, so i call again, but already many many time don't have any one pickup. So on 26/5 i call again on morning time. But is the same, no any one pick up phone. So i direct go to this maluri office, have 3 staff infront counter chitchat, i so angry but i nvr scold anyone. The indian girl is receptionist , but didn't make her responsibility as well. Really disappointed with them courier service center. I already inform buyer don't use this courier again if not i won't buy anything from them.!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely horrible parcel service. I had ordered a package that was firstly, very light and the package post was not too far from my home. I had not recieved any call but the tracking site had stated that "The recipient missed the call" which is just absurd considering that I had not even recieved a single call. Whoever rates this parcel service a 5 star, it is most likely a fake review.
