For customer service, HORRIBLE!! The lady who answering the call is very rude..VERY! Yes, she's busy, ok but who isn't?! She asking tonnes of questions and when I'm about to answer, she starts to mumbling this and that. You are a service company! You are suppose to be ready to serve people, not to yell at us! This is so frustrated. Hope you can train the lady as she is first experience one would get.. :( :( :(
