โ โ โ โ โ Really very very bad courier service,3 sep ady reached best express shah Alam,wait until 9 sep not send to my house yet!I go merdeka permai to pick up my item on 9 sep,they tell me my area item should be send out this morning ady,but in system my tracking number item still in the store,but they can't find it,want me to wait at home first!!!!best express?wrong spelling?I think is BAD EXPRESS

โ โ โ โ โ Ridiculously slow. Destination is Melaka. But from KL send to JB, JB to Melaka. Stop at don't know where of Melaka. Until now still not delivered. Useless. Shopee should stop partnering with this company.

โ โ โ โ โ I once thought J&T service is the worst, but then it appears there's a worst courier company named BEST EXPRESS!!! What's BEST about your service??? Very late delivery!! No office number provided for follow up??!!! When text their customer service agent through FB Messenger, reply very late then reply with same answer everyday without looking into your request! They provided me with one branch office number when i call many times no one pick up?????!!!! NEVER GONNA USE BEST EXPRESS EVER AGAIN, IT IS WORSE THAN J&T!!!

โ โ โ โ โ this is the worst courier ever, not functioning very well, delivery is very poor, lazy courier
- i did not receive any calls during delivery time but they claim that they already called us,
- they did not reattempt the unsuccessful parcel delivery properly and not update in the system,
- they are very lazy to deliver the parcel and lazy to call the customer directly during the delivery time
- the delivery attempt is insane, not practical and too short based on the tracking history
- the courier driver did not do their work properly, please educate your courier driver and please be honest in their work when updating the delivery system
- delivery time is too long until i decided to refund the item in Shopee instead of waiting them to reattempt the delivery
- BEST EXPRESS???ABSOLUTELY NO, THIS IS THE BAD EXPRESS!

Been waiting and waiting
