โ โ โ โ โ The service not systematic. If you managed to be there, you can found that, all the parcel are mess up at the loading area. Even the box with FRAGILE is also stacking by other big boxes. This is a well known delivery company, buy they should improve all this.

Been queue up for half an hour outside (understand that there is only 1 counter available). After I am able to get in, the staff told me there is alot of parcel and I've been waiting for an hour and they couldn't find my parcel (PARCELS ARE ALL MESSED UP). What kind of poor & lousy service is this? 29 Jan 2021 reached their facility and yet I haven't receive the parcel on 10 Feb 2021 (which is today). Been told by their staff there was alot of parcel need to courier in my area and despatch couldn't deliver it to me.

I don't know how many times concerns have to be brought up before professional services are given. False promises. We are PAYING customers with small businesses, so every cent & delivery delay counts. Seems cruel to play with people's income & company name like this.
Sincerely hope things change for the better for this branch. I know other branches are fine, so will not smudge the good name of this company.

โ โ โ โ โ Written that open at 8.30am, but actually was 9.00am. Waited from 8.30am. Dealing with one customer more than 30min, still not done yet. Everybody queing outside under morning hot sun. For me.. the services rendered is not customers first. Wasting customers time. I suggestyou all improve on this aspect.. not recommended lah.. louisy service, no class, rubbish, not accepted.

โ โ โ โ โ Really really BAD SERVICE! Only one worker in charge at front desk. Customer waiting too longer. I que at 4:15pm, finished around 6:20pm. A few customers have to go back even already arrive at 5:00pm.
Seems like worker having difficulties to find the parcel because of no systematic or well organized arrangement. Courier service did not affected by the pandemic c19. Event MCO any courier companies can operate and generate income.
So please improve your service. We pay and we deserve better service. Why we still need to go pickup at your office while we already pay??? It's your duty to deliver the postage to customer. Not keep it for a long time at your warehouse!

Event worst than J&T, where J&T in my experience only late for several days, yet this courier still not delivering item for 2 weeks after 1st delivery item. 2 fookin WEEKS. Cmon!!! Although during MCO, other courier company will be late by 3-4 days in delivering but yet the item still get delivered. BUT THIS COURIER, madefarkin hell...

โ โ โ โ โ Nobody picks up phone. And the worker does not deliver my parcel after dew days of delay. Call to customer service, said I didn't pick up phone, so no idea where my place. While no even one of them call me. Have to improve the service.

โ โ โ โ โ Parcel staled at this branch since 12 Jan. Call on 13 Jan say will delivered next day but nothing happen. Call on 15 Jan and nobody pick-up and decide to go pickup. When I reach their office which is 10km from my house, they told me the parcel is otw to my house. Lol..
