1st time Call - Day 1 They said will deliver on same day. But not deliver
2nd time Call - Day 2 They said driver not able to deliver yesterday. Driver will deliver today. 1st destination is my place
3rd time Call - Day 2 Item not receive yet. They will check with driver and will return call.
4th onwards call - Day 2 No response until office close
Try call hq - They said my item still kept at station and will deliver on Monday

Always tranfers and transfer the same place but dunwant to send out. Why is Taobao have partner with this company? Izit Taobao is not afraid of being dragged down by this logistic company?
