What a terrible travel agencies! Sucks! I bought a tour package to China at MITM fair in August 2019. Departure date: 23/10/2019 Returning date: 31/10/2019 On 25th Sept 2019, we made full payment as per their request. On 03 OCT 2019, Best Holiday customer service informed us that our original airline company - Malaysia Airline will suspend their services to/from Chongqing (CKG) – which is going to affect us. Then, they offered us an alternative travelling date with different airline: 24th Oct - 1st Nov with AirAsia X On 4th October, I had given them my confirmation on the alternative date and airline. We were told to wait for others’ confirmation as they need a minimum of 10 pax to run the tour. On 7th October, the customer service called me again, saying the trip was rescheduled to 23 – 30/10, and airline was switched back to Malaysia Airline because the other group of traveller refused to take AirAsia Airline. MH 518 23/10/19 KUL/CKG 2020/0115+1 MH 377 30/10/19 CAN/KUL 1440/1850 The downside of this new schedule is that we have to take train and bus on 30th Oct morning to Baiyun Airport to catch the flight at noon. The entire tour had been shortened for one day - we will be travelling for 6 days only as the 1st day is to take flight to ChongQIng and the last day will be in the transport entire day from ZhangJiaJie to GuangZhou to Malaysia. Not to say we are paying for a 9 days 7 nights tour package. On 8th October morning, we have discussed with best holiday person in charge (Mr.Vince) and once again compromised the new schedule. On 8th October evening, Best Holiday informed us that our tour had been reschedule to 26th October due to not enough of participants. I have been compromising for 2 times but Best Holiday is still rescheduling the tour. I doubt the purpose of Best Holiday keep rescheduling the tour dates. It could be Best Holiday just want to cancel the tour group due to less participants, and find ways to make us join another tour group or make us cancel the booking. If Best Holiday find out can't depart, why not tell me at the beginning? Why keep reschedule and treat me as a fool ? Is that your company sales line and manager didn't trained before start working!? Refund takes a long time too! Think 3 times before sign package with them!

Very bad experience with bestholidays. I noticed they asked their staff to comment and rated them 5 star in this google review. Joined their China tour recently. Totally disgusted with their service and management. Before the trip, they reassured and promised us only 5 shopping stop the most. However, to my horror, it ended up 7 shopping stops. That's not all, each shopping stop they dragged us for at least 1.3 to 2 hours+, and that seriously caused us delayed in most of the attractions. We ended up only touch & go each attraction (less than 1 hour each). What sadden me the most was our main attraction Huangshan sunset tour. Due to the extra shopping stop, we delayed for nearly 2 hour and of course, we have missed the beautiful scenery because by the time we reached Huangshan already 6pm. That was the only sunny day we can catch a clear vision and we just missed it!! WHAT! The local China tour guide was very unprofessional too, impatient, not caring, greedy etc. I think the only thing they want from us is our MONEY! Besides, food was terrible. I almost become a vegetarian after the trip. To the management, I had joined other agencies too, also relatively cheap with shopping trip, but they have shown me their professionalism and services. I will never ever join your tour again. Your tour is not value for money, it's unprofessional and definitely not customer orientated.

Worst travel agency I have encounter. At first they will talk nicely to you and get you to pay the group fare. Once they have taken your payment, they will not bother you anyone or reply to your messages (whatsapp/email). One week before the trip, only will they contact you about the info. Not very helpful.

Really poor customer and sales service, always communicate the wrong date, so confusing although double and triple confirm for several times. After deposit paid, the price printed in invoice is different, and the sales person just tell you price changed. When contact the same person to clarify on info, he will always say not in town, overseas now. How can a tour leader always on trip handle and follow up customer booking at the same time? Apart from communicate the wrong date, then will tell you airlines made a mistake, the date that we booked no more tickets, forced to change to other date. Didn't even apologize and just tell you not their fault, they can't do anything also. Need to be careful, the price that they printed in invoice, showing in web and what they communicate when you call and check are all at different prices, so confusing. Called also different people will talk to you and simple issues not resolved. Don't know what is the role of manager. Called to the office many times wanted to talk to manager to clarify tour details and giving them feedbacks, but the staffs will never pass the line to the manager. Or will just tell you manager is busy, will get him to return call but of course manager is always hiding behind, never return call and never dare to face the customer. Just booked the tour, haven't even go already no confidence with this agent and the so called "MANAGER" that hiding in the office. Please choose other agent that care for customer. Not a pleasant booking experience at all.

Our whole tour member consists of 38 pax. During the journey, which was considered quite smooth, without any incidents happened. Except for the accommodation, which was below standard, such as lift not working; breakfast provided was bad taste and with limited choice. My main dilemma was one of my luggage was missing and tour leader was well aware of the incident, he told us to wait for few days, and our luggage will be found and returned to us. But in actual, it does not happen. I am feeling very disappointed and frustrating, as non of the BEST Holiday's staff/employee ever contact us to offer assistance, or to follow up with my case. They seem do not care or bother with my case. I have to struggle to search for the correct channel to lodge my complaint, and to seek for compensation from the air line. As a responsible and caring travel company, BEST Holiday should advise/guide us the correct ways/steps to recover our losses, and to assist us to follow up the case with the relevant air line, but unfortunately, none of the BEST Holiday staff ever render any assistance. Just imagine if I chose to sit there and do nothing, no one will bother to entertain me.

What a terrible travel agencies!!!! Better don't join it, wasted your time and money.. The tour leader from Malaysia is very good and responsible, but the local tour guide of China kept asking us to buy buy buy! When we don't buy anything, the local tour guide showing dislike face to us. They just don't care their customers and only care about sales. Very disappointed with BEST HOLIDAY, will never ever purchase any tour with them any more!!!

My family and I have really bad experience with the agent and staffs from this company. On the departure day at the airport (21 Dec), we only were informed that there was no tour leader due to the number of participants in the tour. When approaching the staff responsible to handle our check in, he (John) didn’t even bother to provide an explanation and sounded rude pushing the responsibility to the salesperson that handled our purchase. We found that very unprofessional and we had to find our way to departure gate and only being guided once arriving at Xi’an by a local tour guide. Besides, during taking high speed rail to Zheng Zhou, lacking of tour leader and tour guide (change of tour guide when going to another city) was inconvenient as all of us were first timer taking the transport and some of us even had our aerosol items confiscated. Here are some suggestions to Best Holiday: 1. Inform tour participants earlier on the matter of tour leader, don’t assume that everyone will be automatically aware of and accept this arrangement. There will be queries from participants that you will have to take note. 2. Send someone who is willing to and can answer questions to airport to handle check-ins in case there is no tour leader. Someone who doesn’t show like he cares doesn’t help your company image. 3. Inform participants that aerosol items are prohibited before the trip (if involved high speed rail) to save the hassle of your customers. All in all, we were fortunate enough to have two great local tour guides (for different cities) and they were able to handle our journey and requests well.

We just back from 8D6N Busan+Jeju+Seoul Korea Trip. Our Malaysia tour leader Crystal is a very caring and responsible tour guide and take well care for all of us. Oversea tour guide also very knowledgeable and sweet! Foods and hotel accommodation are all up to 4-5 stars. Timing are all well controlled and overall are satisfactory with value of money we spent for the trip.
