★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service! I had self purchased Cebu pacific ticket online for my maid. 9 hours before departure, I was informed connecting flight was cancelled . There were no local CP representatives and email response was slow. I contacted one of partner agents, Bestour agency who assisted me to assess situation and guided me on how to rebook another flight even though I was not their customer. Am very grateful and appreciate your friendliness,kindness, patience and time.Thank you & Well Done Bestour especially to Ms Jay Ee
