★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Timeliness of the renovation. Was promised to done renovation by end of december 2020. The actual renovation done at end of March 2020(goodbye house warming for christmas, chinese new year, new year celebration and my birthday at february 2020).
2. The wardrobe. What you see in the showroom isn't what you get. Misalignment of the wardrobe cabinet and lot of "holes" showing even though is a tailor made wardrobe which suppose to fit nicely.
3. Wardrobe again. Some board inside the wardrobe was not even seal properly and can be take out. When you inform them to seal it, they did a very bad job, ugly mark left by the glue can seen.
4. And yet anothet wardrobe problem. The wardrobe not being cleaned before hand over for you. You can see those glue(can be clean by tina water) being left there. Were they expecting me to clean?
5. Tv cabinet, supposed to build to the top. But when there're issue, they wont tell you. You need to go there and see only know got issue. In the end my tv cabinet was not built to the top as promised.
6. Misalignment everywhere. The paint wasn't paint properly. Like a kids playing with paint brush.
7. Not sure is it becuz the payment that we made consider low or what. It's a friggin 50k+ which i used 3 years to save and my unit is a disaster. For all those reading this i can provide the photo of their end product.
8. I got my dream unit but i dont get my dream design. It's ugly until a point i thinking of selling my unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't deliver project on time. Many defects after installation due to rough handling of materials during delivery to site. The factory sent cabinet doors in wrong sizes. Many scratches on the materials. Disappointed.
