★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in a condominium and my kitchen was very small, congested and lacked space. I finally decided to renovate my kitchen after 13 years. Honestly, I wonder now, why didn’t I make that decision any sooner because Ms. Julia Anberase from Signature Kitchen transformed my kitchen. She made it so much more spacious, compact and user friendly. She also made it in a way where I can store my kitchen utensils very neatly and systematically. I have to say that Ms Julia is very experienced, professional, efficient, friendly and humble person. She is acommodative with my needs and requirements and she patiently made changes whenever required (since I was fickle minded and could not decide). She also completed my kitchen on the said date with no error. All I can say is, you can trust that your home is in good hands with Ms Julia. Excellent job!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If can give 0 stars i would. Been promised one model of the handle. Last minute they suddenly say dont have stock. In the end we had to go with another handle which is sharp and cuts the legs if brushed against it. Their excuse is always no stock. Very bad service . One excuse after another. Never coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this company, there're SCAMMERS!! they scam customer money to keep their business running. In fact, they didn't have any stock for proceeding your order and keep you wait for few months even a year. You will know the drill when they request for full payment before process order. For their sales advisor, so called designer, they're totally lack of knowledge and professionalism. Simply playing lego on your house. They shouldn't exist in this world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero starts If I could select that: terrible service post-sales. After many months, we finally had our kitchen delivered, but the experience was terrible: delivery schedule was very messy, installation non completed, they left without connecting the induction hob and after many days of calling / texting them I needed to engage an external contractor to complete the works. Electrical works were done poorly, none of the lights under the cabinets are currently working in my new branded kitchen. Be careful when you buy from them: they force you to pay the full amount in advance and at the end they don’t complete the job. I regret my purchase. (I moved to my new apartment 2 months ago and I have been waiting for their rectification works for almost 16 weeks now).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in to enquire about kitchen cabinets on Monday, 15th June 2020 at 10.28am, The person who attended to my call was very rude and very unprofessional, she seemed the least borthered about sales. Therefore, i have proceed to contact another vendor. Very unsatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My property came with Signature kitchen when handover from developer 4 years ago. when warranty expired after 1 year. the kitchen cabinet start showing defect and edge bubbling.Signature kitchen claim that is due to wear and tear and refused to repair it. then I tot of adding new kitchen island and side cabinet as well as replace the damaged part and fails to get quotation from various sales person even after sharing all info. Recently I tried again and a quotation was showed to me mainly on the new addition without covering all the damage and asked me to wait few more year and let the damage run its course and change the kitchen by then OR buy a new property ! and told me out loud that my property is old and more than 8 years ???! (is the kitchen looked so bad after 4 years that mistaken as 8 years old?) B4 the quotation was shown to me , told me that the figure might thrown me out of the chair, how respectful ! when I insist on repairing the defect , I was being called being peculiar and born rich . The next day when I message her saying the defect need to be repaired as it reflect signature kitchen quality not because whether I was born rich or not and to be honest what kinda message you sending to.customer about your product that I want to add island if that is the case, she said she was joking and called me being sensitive and want to pass the case to other colleagues instead and not handle my case. I was being gentleman and give signature kitchen new business while trying to get the old previous defect fixed , is that not being fair? what kind of quality show bubbling after 1 year of usage? even on the area that is not moisture prone? This is the sales and post sales service you guys provide? I had other kitchen cabinet done before and all lasted more than 10 years without problem so please don't tell this is normal. is there a 0 rating here?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t say much about the service and quality since I’ve not made a purchase but the showroom is a nice place to get inspiration from. It has two floors with different setup, kinda like an ikea experience just better. There’s also a cafe on the ground floor with good coffee after your walk!
