RESIPI SAMBAL KICAP NGENCES MELELEH BAHAN-BAHAN: 12 biji cili padi 4 ulas bawang putih 2 biji limau kasturi Kicap secukupnya Garam dan gula secukup rasa Sedikit minyak masak CARA MEMASAK: 1. Panaskan sedikit minyak masak dan goreng cili padi dan bawang putih seketika. Angkat dan toskan minyaknya. 2. Tumbuk bahan-bahan goreng tadi hingga lumat. 3. Tuang kicap secukupnya dan perasakan dengan sedikit garam serta gula. Kacau hingga bahan perasa larut. 4. Akhir sekali, perahkan sedikit jus limau kasturi bagi menyedapkan lagi rasa sambal kicap. 5. Simpan dalam bekas bertutup yang bersih dan bolehlah dinikmati. 6. Sambal Kicap ini enak dinikmati dengan aneka makana goreng dan bersup mengikut citarasa serta selera masing-masing.
