★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen Dr Hannah Goh for cosmetic injection to treat my infected acne. She really took the time and listened to my specific concerns and answer all my questions. I was getting effective results after the treatment. I would highly recommend Dr Goh for any of your aesthetic needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice environment, and friendly customer service. But the price for the doctor skills and follow up patient case really not worth. After the treatment, there is no any follow up call nor email comes to me, only their marketing email.
Lucky my friend introduce me to another medical center. I took the same treatment at others medical center, their professional and pricing make me feel like I was wrong to choose Beverly as my 1st treatment medical centre.
Sad to say NO Next time.

Unprofessional and not responsive customer service officer, Livia...
My message was ignored completely when I requested to change appointment date.
My email to the head office was ignored completely too.
I can't believe this is how they treat their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my hair transplant surgery there in 2 years ago. Pre-service was good with good environment, however the customer service wasn't good enough, after-sales service was the worst part. They didn't take initiative to follow up my situation, despite I followed up on my own, however, the answers they gave were not effective and prompt.
I believe Dr. Cheah and the person in charge of the project could have done a better job in allocating the hair grafts and predicting the amount of hair they planted.
Although they were confident and optimistic about the surgery, the results are somewhat moderate, and there is still a lot of room for improvement.
Because my hair grafts on my donor area are very few, I cannot afford the loss. I prefer they tell the truth to let the patient have a realistic expectation.
Two years have passed. I really hope that in the future I can do a more successful hair transplant to increase my hair volume at the top and improve my hairline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 years ago, I was consulted by Dr Hannah. She was professional she explained the procedure clearly however the nurses & customer service representatives were extremely rude & unprofessional. Rude attitude, made couple mistakes with appointment date & did not clarified the price clearly.
Last year I went there for laser treatment 8 times, I was so disappointed. Not only hard sell their skin treatment packages. Most of the treatments did by the nurse as Dr Hannah was busy. I don’t see any improvement on my skin. It’s not worth to go there again as the price is quite expensive.
