★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know why it took me this long to get a facial because it was AMAZING. Winnie did an outstanding job. From start to finish it was flawless. She was very kind, and knowledgeable of what she was doing. I like the part she put a hot towel on the neck ? No hard selling of package. If you come back within 2 months you get 50% off for the next treatment.

Then I Enquiries online and through phone
They refuse to tell me the price and exact price
Very pushy and tell me, I can’t tell you the price until you come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facial doesn’t really do much to improve my skin as claimed to be by the staffs and the manager. They are all VERY VERY PUSHY until you sign up with expensive plan and will keep offering lower price until you say yes, saying currently they have special offer bla bla bla. After you sign up with their plan, they will push you to buy their products on EVERY.SINGLE.TIME.YOU.VISIT. They treated like you don’t know how to spend money, they the one should be controlling your money by telling you what to do - buy their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outlet at Citisquare is getting from bad to worst. Facial appointments time are not adhered to, there are few times I have been asked to wait for 45 mins to 1 hour. Excuses are the same - previous customers came late so all appointment delay.
This centre manager is not very professional only interested in selling products, has no interest of clients skin condition.
All the experienced staff have left and all the new and junior staff despite me paying higher premium facial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While every beauty salon will push packages and push products, most of the services are inconsistent or change their attitude after the sale.
However, after visiting lydia for more than 3 times, I must say that their service has been very consistent and detailed.
While a 2hr facial package costs about rm300, I thought that the services provided felt like something you'll have to pay sgd300 for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an experienced and frequent facial customer of boutiques in Singapore, I would like to commend the service I was offered at Lydia. My consultant/attendant Kelly was meticulous in the small details: hot towel behind neck during mask and also included a shoulder massage. These small details are going the extra mile and not done at facials in Singapore. My therapist was also extra gentle during extraction, and yet it was effective.
