β β β β β Before pregnancy I had a severe back pain caused doing excerise in wrong posture. l took treatment but didn't work.Post pregnancy the pain became more intense during breastfeeding. After 3 sessions my pain is completely gone and my posture improved. Jey gave a detailed explanation & suggested few excerises to improve on it. I visit her once in a month for maintenance as the therapy improved my sleep too. It's important for new mommies to take care of themselves first, so they can do best for their babies. Thank you Jey for introducing Bowen therapy to me when I needed the most.

β β β β β I was supposed to do an op to fix my carpal tunnel syndrome. I tried Bowen therapy as my last resort before considering surgery. Bowen worked! Completely healed. Been back to see Jiva who have helped me with back pain issues, shoulder pain etc through the years. Major relief each time!
