★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U.n.i. Clinic takes a different approach to patient management with emphasis on the patient needs. From taking the patient body data and vital signs, comprehensive history taking, physical examination and ordering only needed blood & urine test will lead to a better diagnosis and treatment plan. This will also allow the doctor to establish a baseline for future visits and identify any trend in the patient health data. This is what a visit to clinic should be all along.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for my father blood test due to his high blood pressure .. Doctor and staff were very friendly. Doctor explained very details and my father blood pressure now seems controlled .This Doctor was very good with the knowledge because normally i met with other doctor they only explain too simple which i cannot find the cause.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pleasant experience with Dr Farah and her friendly team. The doctor really took time to explain properly why I fell ill, how to prevent it etc. I was given a very detailed explanation about my condition and on the treatment provided. Facilities are clean and nice. This is also a panel clinic of PMCare. Easy to find parking spots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Staff were friendly. Doctor was competent, patient, explained well and was friendly as well.
Cons:
1. as you can see in the picture, the prescribes medicine were indicated double the dosage for a 2 year old child who is 11kgs in weight. If we missed it and gave it to our child, that would have caused adverse effects, poisoning and such. Staff wasn't aware until we checked and then made changes. What would have happened if this was given to a parent whom didn't know the difference? This is a major mistake and should not have happened in the first place.
2. We spend 1.5 hours in the clinic. This is a substantial amount of time to be spend in a clinic. We were delayed 30 minutes due to the staff allowing a patient to cut in line and register before us even though we came first. Staff didn't even bother to tell them that we came before them. When highlighted, the staff did say she will correct it. However, when time came, they went in for consultation before us.. So the time we waited for them to register and them to go for consultation extended our waiting time by another 30 minutes. All the staff could say was she keyed them in the system first. It's an incompetent response as things could be changed off system with some basic soft skills. That's poor customer service, even if you are a friendly person, doesn't make you competent. All of this happened even though there is a board saying that kids below 6 will be prioritised and our kid was sick and restless, waiting there for 1.5 hours. The patient before us wasn't a priority case either.
Things could have been handled better. The good reviews don't make you good, the constructive feedbacks do. Do better next time. We won't be visiting here again. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Khalil is a very polite, humble, calm, nice, kind, and knowledgeable doctor. He explains everything clearly in details. The services provided are very good! So far, this clinic has been my favorite, and i always come here for a treatment although i live quite far from here but i never regret coming here. Good staff, good doctor, good services, clean environment. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I went there for getting my treatment due to high fever & sore throat infection for the first time. Then I met Dr. Khalil. He’s so kind, nice, polite, friendly and knowledgeable doctor with very well explanations in details. In short, excellent doctor, nice staff, great services, and super clean environment. Super great combo! Alhamdulillah. Highly recommended! Definitely will be my favourite clinic after this. Keep it up your great work ?? May Allah bless Dr Khalil & team in this world and hereafter. ??❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant experience and unreliable service, won't be going back to this clinic. Paid premium for their PCR testing (RM270) and was told the high pricing is because they will get the results in 12hours. I needed it urgently as I was traveling and I didn't mind spending extra for the quick turnaround (other places were charging a mere RM180 for results within 24 hours). I did my testing at 3.30pm and by right, I should get it at 3.30am the following morning BUT, I only received it at 3.18pm the following day after much chasing - I made multiple calls and sent messages to get an update but was given various reasons for the delay. In short, don't guarantee something and charge premium if you cannot deliver.
