Currently only three monks there (Feb. 2019). One of them speaks English and can give good meditation advice.
Facility manager is likeable and speaks English as well.
Eight precepts and daily chores are obligatory. Apart from that, individual meditation practice.
They have a library and no restriction for electronic devices.
Two meals a day, at 6:45 and 11:30 am.
