★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disrespectful and extremely rude staff! I was prepared to pay more than RM 1000 for a baju kurung in this store (that was empty of customers) but had changed my mind as my husband did not like the style. When I did so the sales lady chastised me for trying on 4 baju kurung and deciding not to buy. This left me in utter shock her behaviour. I ended buying something else of similar price at another store with much more pleasant staff. I will never consider buying from Bhaju at all and will advise friends, colleagues and acquaintances to take their business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was so rude!!! She forced us to buy 1 but we wanted 3 clothes. But then she raised her voice that we wasting her time we were just asking questions, the shop didnt have customers that time?? That is her job! We really want the clothes but since shes so rude we decided to walk away. Definitely not recommended, i hope the owner can take action to her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is so rude! I was only looking at the blouse. Then she coaxed me to try tons of other clothes which i did thinking that if it fits my size, i would buy it. But it was a free size and too big. I decided to thank her before i leave but then she said "next time don't try so many clothes if you don't want to buy it!". I was so shocked at her response. She even added that actually customer cannot try on more than 2-3 clothes. She was the one who forced me and then blaming me in the end. I understand she is trying to do sales. But with that attitude, I would not come here ever again! Customer has the right to make a decision whether to purchase or not. Don't have to be faked at being nice. It is only her tactic for you to buy out of sympathy. Lesson learned, don't have to be nice all the time. If she ask you to try, just say no and leave!
