β β β β β Good and effective layout and display. Some staffs are friendly and greet welcome BUT when you go into fitting room, the guy managing the fitting room area treats everyone as if going to steal something. He will look at customers and unwelcome anyone there to buy

β β β β β I joined as a UNIQLO member to enjoy e-member promotions. It was good that online promotional items can be bought at the outlet, as well. What is disappointing is that the terms of membership and benefits cannot be found, as yet, although I have bought RM150 worth of items to enjoy the Welcome RM15 voucher for new members. Not many sales assistants are around to provide customer support, though, and during peak hours the queue can be long just to check-out and pay. Items on a rack can be rather messy and pose a challenge to find the size and colour.
