I am persuaded to purchase 1+4 extended warranty when purchase refrigerator from BHB. After 1 year of usage, the refrigerator start leaking and I submit warranty claim but get rejected. The respond from BHB staffs is very disappointing. They promised to follow up with insurance agency but it end up with empty promise where no further response received. The claim lodged for more than 10 weeks and yet the warranty claim still pending (even though BHB staff mentioned the defect should be covered by warranty). Latest update: Finally, the defrost sensor being fixed on 13-May under BHB. Sales manager took initiative to follow up closely and I am satisfied with the outcome.
