I buy d mirror cabinet after need to change other design he also help to arrange for me! Nice shopping experience at here!! Sure will come again & introduce more friend to come!

โ โ โ โ โ Renovating three bathrooms. Needed to save time at a one-stop shop.Dropped by Big Bath and was pleasantly surprised. Shop is very spacious, wide selection of products and ambience is great, too.
Matthew was on hand to render assistance. He was pleasant; fast in actions, and very patient and pleasant when I was indecisive.
Credit also goes to Wilson and Andrew. They were eager to assist when called upon. And, when I asked for coffee while waiting for Matt to prepare my bill, Andrew immediately jumped to get me me my coffee fix -willingly, and cheerfully.
Such a display of teamwork is important for an overall good customer experience. Customers do not like to feel that no one else cares when the sales person he/she has been dealing with is busy or not around.
So, well done to all three team members.

โ โ โ โ โ I have purchased a rain shower set from this branch. The quality of the items is excellent. On top of that, the customer service journey has been fantastic and thanks to Matthew for that. He has done an amazing job right from my online enquiry until my visit to the shop itself. He didn't hesitate to spend time on my needs and recommended items that could match that.
Additionally, he did provide sketching so I could understand how the entire rain shower system works, and he even guided my contractor on the recommended height installation for the shower unit. This is an excellent example of how a salesperson went the extra mile to provide extraordinary customer service. Kudos to Matthew and Big Bath.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to purchase only a sink that was on promotion, ended up buying all bathroom accessories and all tap heads from Big Bath, Penang. Why? Because of the nice fine quality of the items and of course superb service from Mathew. He was very patient, knowledgeable, answering all my questions and explaining the details I needed for me to decide on the items. He would answer my queries into the night and even went extra mile to arrange special delivery arrangement on the day I could receive the items and visited my home when I needed him to confirm the quality of the products.
