The actual information they won't be able to explain to you, they just want to earn your money, not selling the actual product that you need, I was the one of the 'victims' due to this problem. Some of the hardware will help you to do the 'trouble shooting ', to helping you to get the best way to solve, not increasing the difficulty ? Haizzzz
