★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I order their service and cleaner broke my kitchen drawer and never told me. I realized after she left. Now company doesn't want to admit by saying I don't record video while it happen. How shall I know and I don't need to record all their cleaning activities. Very sad and very irresponsible company. I never had this experience before and I will never recommend this company. I will never make service order from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give -100 stars, I would. Worst service ever! Made an appointment at least a week prior. On the day of the service, I texted them to confirm time and service. Not one single person told me they were going to be late. When the time came, they were late. Asked them for an ETA and they told me to wait an hour. They did not even apologise. Blamed it on a "new driver" and how far their office was from my location. I don't see how that's my problem. They're also expensive for the horrible service they provide. RM150 for 2 hours? Don't waste your time and money on them.
