We complained to the operator that the cleaners didn’t wash dishes, didn’t clean kitchen sink, cloth used for cleaning was simply thrown into a bucket and garbage was not thrown but we were blamed instead for giving wrong instruction. At rates of RM80 for 2 cleaners, 2 hours I would expect better service. Absolutely no next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prior to DiamondWash, I used to engage other cleaning service companies but was really disappointed with the quality of the service to the point where I got frustrated because it was a waste of money. ?
So when I moved to a new house, I did further research on whats the best cleaning service in KL with good quality and affordable price. I compared numerous companies and talked to them, one of them is DiamondWash.
They are so friendly and the maids are professional. I mean, I used to get maids who talked a lot and did less work, but not DiamondWash maids! ?
They did what they're told to and they are flexible, meaning they can help you with other related cleaning things as long as it is within their time frame (and of course you need to ask permission too).
The trick here is to really give a very clear instruction on what is expected from the maids. You cant expect someone who comes to your house for first and second time to know what you like, what you dont like, where the garbage bin is, etc. So please to those who are reading this, give a crystal clear instruction.
Anyways, I have used the service over a year now on weekly basis to the point I have my own preferred maids. I am trully satisfied and recommend to those who suffer from lousy cleaning service company.
I think I will stick to DiamondWash for a really long time. ?
