โ โ โ โ โ Iโm quite happy BIG Pharmacy opened here. They carry quite a few brands that I like.
I had an issue during payment on my first visit, and after leaving some feedback, Xin Yi the manager was quick to contact me to rectify the mistake from her staff.
I really appreciate the gesture of Xin Yi and I think sheโs doing an amazing job for the customers too.

โ โ โ โ โ One old woman is working here as a cashier before this she was not there when I go to this pharmacy. I mistakenly give my phone number for the members of this pharmacy and then suddenly she shouted and scold me in front of other people and blabbed nonstop. Only one mistake then you show that attitude towards your customers. I will not go to this pharmacy anymore who are you to speak rudely to me Iโm your costumers. Hopefully, management can solve this problem, or else no one will go to your pharmacy
