★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt cheaper price. But staff is not apologetic. I wenr bck to the counter after realizing the staff did not ask me for my membership number, but she said I did not answer her when she asked. I think it doesnt take much effort to ask the second time especially when your customer was preoccupied in performing online transaction (top-up) to pay for items. And indirectly said she had to rekey in the items I bought, is that my fault? With such attitude, she should better just stay behind the store to count stocks than serving customers, I reckon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular “young” chinese lady wearing the BIG pharmacy red shirt, seriously has a big attitude problem. Not interested in replying or assisting in my questions about medicine i wanted to buy and displaying the “WTF” expression staring straight to the screen. Impatient and don’t give a damn at all. Please remove her from the frontdesk and best keep at the store. Not convinced with her lack of professionalism, i left and go to the next pharmacy. Not surprise there is a comment about a Chinese lady with attitude problem before me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife got hemorrhoids two weeks after giving birth. Go to this pharmacy to get Lignocaine lotion and deflon pill. Ask the Chinese girl pharmacist what the function of the two medicine. She only said both for hemorrhoids. When ask questions seems like she don't want to be disturbed. Worse pharmacist i ever met. I'm buying medicine, not candy. I have rights to ask questions about the safety and function of medicine.
