★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called AA Taman Desa them today and wanted to buy some products. They said delivery only more than RM500. Fine, i said my order is below RM500 but i will pay for delivery. They said pharmacists not in and no account number. Heard them over the phone saying customer very difficult!!. Service all haywire and absolutely unprepared for this MCO. Hello you are essential services ya. Buck up. So disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Both pharmacists are very friendly and professional
Prices are reasonable
I try to buy melatonin with my doc prescription but all the AA branches I called were so unfriendly and don't want to help order.
Here they charge me very reasonably
Even if I had to drive 20 mins to get here
I will be sure to come
Place is very clean, products are very well arranged

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff attitude problem. The staff is wearing mask when she mentioned to me the price which I cannot hear. Plus another uncle was keep asking questions to the malay girl staff at the payment counter. When I said sorry cannot hear, she immediately shouting at me. AA pharmacy Taman Desa need to improve your staff attitude & customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a frequent customer for the past 5 years or so. I have been satisfied with the customer service, especially a Mr. Tan who is very helpful and kind. However of late the staff have been practicing discrimination. They are extra attentive and responsive when it comes to certain race. But with others they are unfriendly and unhelpful. I have since stopped patronizing this outlet and have switched to Big Pharmacy. Rude and unhelpful staff are totally unacceptable. Goodbye AA Pharmacy.
